Mr. Curtis Flowers is a Senior Vice President with Loop Capital Markets, an Investment banking firm specializing in municipal finance. Curtis is a native Houstonian and graduated from Bellaire High School in 1979. He attended Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia, and received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. Additionally, he received a Masters in Business Administration from Atlanta University and completed the Executive School of Government Program at Harvard College. Curtis also sits on the State Bar Board, Families Under Social and Urban Attack and the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau boards. He is married to Angela Flowers, and they have four children, Christian, Bailey, Maya, and Chase.
