Stephen M. Fraga has served as the President of Tejas Office Products since 2004. Previously, he led as Vice President of Operations from 1999-2003.  Upon graduation from Texas A&M University in 1997, he worked as an Associate for Texas Commerce Bank in its Commercial Middle Market group. Under Stephen’s leadership, Tejas Office Products has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Small Business Supplier of the Year Award (2000 and 2007) by United Space Alliance; among the “Top 100 Small Businesses” (2003 – present) by the Houston Business Journal; and Supplier of the Year by the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (2000, 2006 and 2008). Stephen was part of the inaugural list of the 40 Under 40 presented by the Houston Business Journal in May 2009. Today, Tejas Office Products is the largest independent dealer in Houston and one of the largest in Texas. 

Stephen also remains committed to improving his industry and fostering collaboration. He is a member of the following industry organizations: National Office Products Alliance (NOPA), American Office Products Distributors (AOPD), and the Direct Purchasing Catalog Group.

A native Houstonian, Stephen also makes time for community involvement. In addition to serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Harris County – Houston Sports Authority, he also is on the Board of the Memorial Hermann Foundation and the United Way of Greater Houston. He is a former board member of Family Services of Greater Houston, DePelchin Children’s Center and the Strake Jesuit College Preparatory School, where he graduated from in 1993.  He is a member of the Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce, where he formerly served on the Board, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council.  As a Texas A&M graduate, Stephen also is involved in several alumni associations. 

Stephen is married to Michelle Martinez and they are proud parents to twin boys, Gregory and Stephen, Jr.
