What’s your favorite thing about Houston?
The different cultures that are present and the amount of open space on the outer loop.
What do you hope to learn during your internship?
In this internship, I hope to learn the backend intricacies of event operations. Having a background in marketing and event execution, I would like to gain experience in an area I am not familiar with to catalyze my professional growth.
What are your career interests or fun personal facts?
I’m a trilingual outdoor enthusiast who’s more at home on a long road trip than a hiking trail. I love driving across the country to explore National Parks and find the best spots to unplug and reset. I believe that slowing down to appreciate nature is the best way to stay balanced and bring my best self to the fast-paced world of sports. Ask me about my favorite spot to see the stars!

I love Houston’s energy and culture, there’s always something going on. The city feels full of opportunity and community.
What do you hope to learn during your internship?
I want to strengthen my marketing and social media strategy skills in a professional setting. I’m excited to learn how HCHSA promotes events and engages the community.
What are your career interests or fun personal facts?
I’m interested in sports marketing and digital media. I want to build a career creating content that helps grow brands and connect with audiences. I do videography and photography for sports and love creating highlight reels. I’m happiest when I’m behind the camera capturing real moments.

I love the diversity of Houston. I enjoy meeting people with different backgrounds and learning about their cultures.
What do you hope to learn during your internship?
I hope to learn how the Harris County Houston Sports Authority works directly with the Houston community and how their large-scale events are planned, coordinated, and executed simultaneously.
What are your career interests or fun personal facts?
I love working in event operations and being part of events that bring people together and celebrate communities. My dream job is to become a Bowl Game Executive Director. My fun fact is that I know how to make ice cream and paletas!
