Legal Notice for Invitation for Bid
The Harris County Houston Sports Authority (HCHSA) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of surface parking lots. Proposals are due December 1, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. C/T, after which proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at HCHSA offices located at 701 Avenida de las Americas, Suite 450, Houston, Texas 77010.
