HOUSTON – On Thursday, Harris County – Houston Sports Authority hosted members of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Host City Operational Committee for a planning visit as FIFA officials continue to go over several key elements of the city’s operation in preparation for Houston hosting several matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Today’s operational site visit included a trip to NRG Stadium and NRG Park. The visit is part of a 16-city tour of all host sites and brings Houston one step closer to welcoming millions of fans in 2026.
