About

The home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, NRG Stadium is one of the premier stadiums in the country. In addition to packing fans in for both Texans games and the annual Rodeo, NRG has hosted two Super Bowls, two Final Fours and three NCAA Men’s Regionals. Super Bowl LI in 2017 made history twice – first for the biggest comeback in history and second for the first overtime SB – as New England beat Atlanta 34-28.

The stadium annually hosts college football’s Texas Bowl and Texas Kickoff and is versatile, hosting CONCACAF soccer matches, the 2012 MLS All-Star Game and Copa America Centenario matches. The stadium is now home to The Battle of the Bands and has hosted major automotive events and concerts like The Rolling Stones, Prince, Beyoncé, Metallica and Taylor Swift.

NRG stadium will take center stage once again as it welcomes seven matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
