Harris County-Houston Sports Authority
The Harris County-Houston Sports Authority (“HCHSA” or the “AUTHORITY”) is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants or firms of qualified independent certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for each of the two years beginning with fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 and ending with fiscal year December 31, 2027. Thereafter, the AUTHORITY has two (2) options to extend the contract term for an additional one (1) year period. The AUTHORITY has outstanding bond obligations and has made continuing disclosure undertakings pursuant to SEC Rule 15c2-12, and requires such professional auditing services to assist with compliance with these obligations.

Bid Management System
Through the Bid Management System (BMS), vendors can view open procurement opportunities and, if interested, register to submit a request to bid.

Once a request to bid is accepted, vendors may submit all questions and proposals only through the system after completing pre-qualification and confirming intent to bid. RFP-related questions must be submitted via the Questions tab within each RFP. System-related issues or questions may be submitted through the chat feature on your BMS home screen.
If no opportunities are visible, there are currently no open RFPs. We are unable to predict, if, when, or what future RFPs may be released, so vendors are encouraged to check back regularly. For additional guidance, including how to register and submit a proposal, please visit the Vendors page.
Food & Beverage (F&B) Inquiries
As discussed during the December 2 Supplier Session and follow-up communications, a master concessionaire, Levy Restaurants, has been selected for the FIFA Fan Festival. Levy engaged with over 100 F&B providers following the session and, as of January 13, 2026, has narrowed its list based on capacity, equipment, and ability to service large crowds.
F&B vendors who have not received a follow-up should ensure they did not miss a call or email from Levy. Levy is currently finalizing F&B needs and will reach out directly to vendors as necessary to fill a very limited number of remaining opportunities.
