HOUSTON AIRPORT SYSTEM:
Houston is home to two commercial airports that serve an estimated 55 million passengers each year. The George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is the sixth busiest airport in the United States and the fourteenth busiest worldwide. William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is Houston’s oldest commercial airport and provides service for six commercial airlines.

Once you have arrived in Houston, several options are available for getting around town. Here are a few helpful hints to help plan your trip.
Houston has a fleet of taxis, limos and town cars available. For the fastest pick-up, try Yellow Cab’s Hail A Cab app or Lone Star Cab’s Taxi Magic app. Houston’s METRORail provides easy transportation from downtown Houston through the Museum District and Medical Center to NRG Park. Additional lines will open in 2014 and beyond. Houston has over 1,200 buses available through METRO with a local one-way faire of $1.25.
