About Mary Hodge:

Coach Hodge has been involved in Sports for People with Disabilities since she started a local team for athletes with Cerebral Palsy in 1988 at United Cerebral Palsy in Nassau County 

Coach Hodge has coached 5 Paralympic Games 200,2004,2008,2012, and 2021 and was Team Leader for the last 4 games. 

She has also been the Team Leader for USAPP for the last 8 World Championships & 6 Para Pan American Games assisting many athletes in medaling and/or achieving their dreams of representing the USA. Mary has also assisted at the DOD Warrior Games as assistant competition manager in 2018 & 2019. 

Mary was recognized by USOPC as the Volunteer Coach of the Year in 2018 & LI/NY Business Woman of Distinction in 2018. She was also Paralympic Powerlifting Coach of the Year in 2012.
